Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal

Welcome back everyone!!

I hope everyone had a happy and healthy Thanksgiving! Today I am coming with another recipe that involves some of my fall favorite foods!

This apple cinnamon baked oatmeal has saved me a few mornings this past week! See I have to be at work at 6:30 AM majority of the week! Therefore, I have really been trying to create recipes that I can literally grab and go. If you are not familiar with baked oatmeal this is the ideal make ahead breakfast for those who are super busy during the week like me! So lets get into it!

See I am a true oatmeal girl, I will eat it prepared in many different ways, but this is by far my favorite way to eat it! It’s loaded with chewy oats, studded with chunks of apples, dried cranberries and crunchy walnuts, spiced with cinnamon, and sweetened with pure maple syrup.…and it’s the perfect way to warm up on a chilly morning! I want to also mention that I threw in some extra nutrients which you will see down below in the recipe.

This baked oatmeal recipe is filling, wholesome, and lightly sweetened. Let me not forget to mention it is packed with nutrients! I think it’s delicious as is, but feel free to serve it with an additional drizzle of pure maple syrup, should you feel so inclined.

So if the temperatures where you live are starting to drop like they are here in Nashville. My Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal is the perfect breakfast! It is delicious and nourishing, it’s easy to make and quick to reheat. This oatmeal is basically the oatmeal incarnation of a crisp fall day. The tender apples, warm cinnamon, and sweet maple syrup flavor this nutritious Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal, will for sure become a fall favorite!

If you try this recipe let me know how much you loved it! Trust me you will not be disappointed!
